Ahead of the future – a vision for tomorrow.
Our aim is to move with the times. That’s why we are currently implementing numerous forward-looking measures. Our own ESG report forms the basis for the DGNB Gold certification we are striving for. In addition to sustainability aspects, we also want to further enhance the feel-good atmosphere on campus. To this end, the outdoor areas are being made even more inviting and green.
Planned measures
- Modern terrace and façade design
- DGNB Gold certification
- WiredScore Gold certification
- Active involvement of tenants
- Flexible office and layout design
- Campus café directly on the Spree (in planning)
